Randy Cox

Randy specializes in commercial real estate particularly in Hampstead, Holly Ridge, Sneads Ferry, Surf City and Jacksonville. Randy’s past focus has been primarily as an investment property specialist and land development specialist. Living on Topsail Island, gives Randy a special knowledge and he concentrates on, the area from Hampstead to Jacksonville. His past professional accomplishments include his partnership at Bear Sterns & Co., Owner of a manufacturing company that he grew from $2 million to $20 million in gross revenues and his numerous years experience as a Consultant to multifaceted conglomerates wherein he specialized in reorganization of sales and marketing divisions. Randy’s diverse experience allowed him to gain multiple business backgrounds and full understanding of bottom line responsibility. Randy is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with BA in Economics. He is a member: Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board Board of Visitors for UNC Surf City Planning Board The Topsail Island Association of Realtors Board of Directors He is also the President-Elect of the Topsail Island Association of Realtors. In addition, Randy serves on the Town of Surf City Planning Board and recently worked on the Pender County Future Land Use Committee.
