Sandra Rychards-Dyson

Previous to moving to Wilmington 20 years ago, I was privileged to have lived in many different areas of our great nation, but Wilmington is still my absolute favorite! The people are friendly, the climate is great, and I’m sure you will love it, too! Please let me introduce myself. My name is Sandra Dyson and I am proud to have been invited to join the Henry M Realty Team as a Buyers Agent, which seemed like a natural combination of the knowledge of home construction I have gained as a NC Licensed Residential Contractor and a Catastrophic Insurance Adjuster, and years of customer representation and service with Blue Cross Blue Shield. My husband Jerry and I love sharing a passion for boating fostered by his career as a yacht broker, which has given me a unique perspective on the Wilmington and Coastal Carolina area from both the land and the sea. Currently Empty-Nesters, our “Brady Bunch” family includes nine grown children (natural, step and foster), their spouses, and more than 20 grandkids (that keeps changing!) and any number of their tag-along friends. Our wide-ranging family has maintained a strong military tradition for several generations, and we count many former and current military families among our own family and friends. I am also an active member of the Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investors Association. Ever since my Dad put a hammer in my hand (I was just 3 years old!) I’ve always been involved in building or remodeling something for someone, so in many ways, my passion for both people and the homes they live in has become my career.
