RE/MAX Essential opened June 1st, 2010

THANKS!

As we approach the first birthday for our company we just want to thank all our customers, agents, staff, fellow area REALTORS, vendors and everyone else who has welcomed, guided and helped us get started.

Happy Birthday

As we prepare to celebrate our first birthday and get started on year number two it's time we post our current agent business plan, independent contractor agreement and the RE/MAX Essential transition plan.  We are a company of real estate professionals who's sole purpose is to MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS #1 instead of the seemingly industry norm of focussing on individual agent and/or company successes.

Quick Recap

The last year has been quite the ride as we opened our residential real estate firm at the corner of Station Rd and Military Cutoff, started a residential property management company, welcomed several new awesome real estate professionals, purchased our new office building and adjacent land, moved to our new building at the corner of Wrightsville Avenue and Military Cutoff, established a real estate mall by welcoming Alan Solana (Attorney), Connie Reaves (Lender) and Karen Bright (Home Owners Insurance) and DRIA media (Online Marketing Company) to the new "RE/MAX Building".

New Home Builders & Developers

We are very proud to announce that SECOF Construction, SANCO Homes, LandMark Development and Pyramid Homes have chosen to hire our RE/MAX Essential office to market their new homes and new home neighborhoods.  To have so many of the area's top home buidlers and developers entrust our firm with their business has been nothing short of amazing, especially when you consider how many great real estate firms there are in the area.

Not For Everyone

As we continue to learn more and more about how powerful the RE/MAX brand is and the stuff RE/MAX offers we have to admit that we are totally blown away with the tools, training and technology RE/MAX offers its agents worldwide.   No doubt, RE/MAX is NOT for just any agent.  The RE/MAX business plan is only for real estate professionals that are prepared to commit to selling about five times what the average agent in the US sales.  Also, the technology advances and out of the box marketing strategies that RE/MAX embraces is certainly not for the faint of heart or those that do not want to continually learn and/or change.

RE/MAX Essential Real Estate Professional Business Plan(s):

Note:  We also offer a "No Stress" alternative for agents that would like to have a year to work into our business model by only investing only $325 per month and receiving 70% of the gross commission until the agent choses to start getting 95% of the commission.
