Topsail Island Market

Sales are happening on Topsail island.  Prices have dropped and buyers are slowly returning to the market.  It's a great time to visit the Island. Traffic is minimal and the beaches are quiet.  If you are thinking of buying, previewing homes is more convenient now than during the peak summer months.
