John has done an outstanding job. He has been honest, timely, generous and surprisingly witty. We have bought in Brunswick Forest and this basicly was decided after we spent a week in Wilmington. John took us on a world-wind tour of 11 homes in one day. Some highlights of those 11 was that John followed up on one of the 3 we chose & he checked with the Condo Association President to get the “ rest of the story”. He gave us breathing space while we were there and didn’t bug us.
